Villetta Russo

Just 600 meters from the fine sandy beach of Torre Lapillo, choice between free beach or equipped beaches (Lido Max, Lido La Pineta the closest), in a quiet area but close to all services, you will find "Villetta Russo" to welcome you , a comfortable and spacious house equipped with all comforts and with a large garden that occupies three sides of the house, where you can fully enjoy the wonderful Salento evenings. Garden equipped with a comfortable pergola and space where you can park.

Villetta Russo has:

- A large private and closed garden, which occupies three sides of the house in which you can park your car.
- There is also a large wooden pergola complete with table and chairs where you can have meals and spend the wonderful Salento days in the fresh air and in company.
- In the garden there is a sink and an external shower.

The interior is composed as follows:

- Large living area complete with table, chairs, TV, sofa bed and air conditioner,
- Double bedroom
- Bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined together if necessary
form a double bed,
- Full kitchen with kitchenette, sink, fridge and washing machine,
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

Located on the ground floor.

The whole house is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. It's all designed to welcome you in the best and most comfortable way possible: TAKE CARE OF IT.
We care about cleanliness and care of our guests, all rooms are sanitized and cleaned with care.

CHECK-IN in person:
from 3pm to 8pm; from 8.00 pm to midnight you will be asked for an extra cost of €20.00; from midnight onwards you will be asked for an extra cost of €40.00;

- Check out:
the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed upon)

- Pets are allowed at an extra cost of €50.00

- Lease:
the rental contract relating to your holiday will need to be signed at check-in.

- Payment of the tourist tax:
the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please remember that this tax is to be paid upon entry into the property: the tax is equal to euro 1.00 per day (in the months of May, June and September), euro 1.50 per day (in the months of July and August) per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: some subjects are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the day they reach their 16th birthday; b) elderly people from the day they reach their 70th birthday.​
