In the center of Torre Lapillo (crossroad of the main street), 200 meters from the sandy beach, "ASZ APARTMENTS" is born.
"CARIBE" is a totally renovated three-room apartment designed specifically to accommodate tourists, families or groups of friends.
"CARIBE" is one of two apartments which, if necessary, can become a single solution and accommodate larger groups or families (up to 14 beds).
The apartment is located on the ground floor and parking is free on the street.

Located in the center therefore: beach, restaurants, bars and services are all within walking distance.
The space is composed as follows:
- External veranda shared with other guests of ASZ Apartments but each
apartment has its own area with outdoor furniture where you can sit
relax.
- Small entrance that divides the entrances of the two apartments,
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed and wardrobe,
- Second bedroom with queen size bed,
- Living area/kitchen with kitchenette, equipped with all utensils, oven,
table with chairs,
sofa bed, sleeps two, TV,
- Bathroom with large shower, toilet, bidet, sink,
- Private internal garden with table and chairs where you can have meals
outdoors, sink.
- Laundry area with external shower,
- Air conditioning present in the first bedroom and in the living area,
two units in total.

ASZ is located in the center of Torre Lapillo, all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, beach, church, ATM) can be reached on foot within a maximum radius of 200 metres.
Ideal for spending a holiday without ever taking the car.

- The free beach is only 200 meters away while the first equipped beaches are 500 meters away
meters.
- Porto Cesareo is just 4 KM away
- Castiglione Tower 3 km
- The beaches of Punta Prosciutto 5 km

- CHECK-IN: we are available for check-in until 8:00 pm; from 8pm to midnight a supplement of €20 will be required; from midnight onwards €40.

- CHECK OUT: the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless privately agreed upon)

- Animals are not allowed.

- RENTAL AGREEMENT: at check-in or via the guest portal, you will need to sign the rental contract in Italian relating to your holiday.

- TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax must be paid at check-in.
The tax is €1 per day in the months of May, June and September. €1.50 per day in July and August per person.
