- CHECK-IN: we are available for check-in until 8:00 pm; from 8pm to midnight a supplement of €20 will be required; from midnight onwards €40.

- CHECK OUT: the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless privately agreed upon)

- Animals are not allowed.

- RENTAL AGREEMENT: at check-in or via the guest portal, you will need to sign the rental contract in Italian relating to your holiday.

- TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax must be paid at check-in.
The tax is €1 per day in the months of May, June and September. €1.50 per day in July and August per person. The tax is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Some subjects are exempt from the tourist tax, such as:
a) minors up to the day they reach their 16th birthday
b) elderly people from the day they reach their 70th birthday.
